... almost hot on the heels of the issue with BT, my issue with the broadband (EFH) appears to be fixed. The "no web" I was getting appears to be because - wait for it - my account had been twisted with someone else's, who had called up today... so it's now fixed, and the three months I'd paid up front starts today - giving me a week and a half for free. Well, that's happened often enough to customers at work, but I've no idea what they get for it. Sounded decent enough to me!
