Doctor’s reply

Got two letters back from the doctors today (in response to the letter I handed in after my appointment on Friday 6th). Interestingly, one was my “acknowledgement” dated 6th October, one was the reply dated the 9th October, but both were franked on the same day i.e. 9th October. The appointment that was cancelled was because the doctor wasn’t going to be there, but the appointment I was given the following day was classed as “not unreasonable”. This of course overlooks the fact that I was initially offered one four days later, which is more than double the NHS’s target time of “within two days” to see a doctor.
