B**b threats....
I understand that yesterday, on my day off, the police were up here, after a customer smart-arsed a call handler who'd told him he'd need to pay an extra £1.50 a month to get what he wanted by saying "or I could just blow up the nearest BT building..."
Probably just as well I wasn't here, as I'd probably would have gone to lynch them in person... although I understand they've since been arrested.
