Out & About
Another day of heading out to one side of town, then to the "day job", before coming home.
During the day, it had become apparent that my web host had gone down. Apparently, the Americans on the new board had said this wasn't the first time either. (Later, it appeared that this appeared to be more "down" because this was around the time of the nightly backup, and the back up drive was running things slow). So, she's wanted to move the board onto their own server. That's all fine, in theory, even if I'd never done it before! The SQL database work and moving the files took until 0330 into Tuesday morning – and then a snag, in that I couldn’t get into that particular domain on my host to change the nameservers! Oh no……
